Congratulations to B.C. native Liz Bader (Posener) who won the womens advanced no-gi title in 2 different weight classes at Grapplers Quest on May 3rd in Las Vegas, Nevada. Competing in a total of 6 divisions, she also walked away with 4 other silver medals

George Carlos from Thunder Bay, Ontario made his Pro MMA debut in Minnesota on May 3rd at Warriors Fight Promotions.  Although he ended up to a loss decision, the newcomer was able to cause some damage and almost ended the fight with a guillotine choke in the second round.

Congratulations to Mark "Showtime" Wedderburn for his recent win at “TFC II” (The Fight Club) based out of Edmonton, Alberta on March 7th. Mark won with 10 seconds left in the first round with a side naked choke.
